What is a workplace? What is its meaning to you? Whether it be a sense of belonging or togetherness, you can find everything at your workplace. And although it may not be true of everyone, it can surely be said so about my mom. The way my mom blends in with her workplace gives me a feeling that her workplace is a second home for her.
Her Presence
My Mum currently works as an early childhood educator. She appeals with her extravagant looks just as she does with her working style. In addition, my mum is beautiful and benevolent which makes her much more appealing than many other teachers. Her adoring presence attracts the innocent souls in her envelope of security. Her beaming smile lights up the room like a thousand suns putting the children at ease. The uniform gives a sense of togetherness and knowingness.
The Involvement
My mum can be seen reflecting her kind and motherly feelings towards the children. She can be seen involving everyone and making everyone satisfied. She catches their attention by creating even the most boring things into splashes of colour and happiness. Creating a white shirt into a rainbow, dipping hands into dirt and cutting papers at crazy angles, you can see her do all of these along with her dear cute bunch.
The Passion
You need sounds to blend them into a word, likewise one needs passionate people to blend into a meaningful workplace. I can definitely say that the workplace compliments my mom perfectly and she would be as incomplete without her workplace as the workplace would be without her. She loves being an early childhood teacher because she finds joy in miniscule things.
Sticking out her tongue to tease someone, dipping her hands in paint, running around the kids like a crazy girl- these are the things my mom explodes into when she becomes one with those naughty preschoolers.
