I am a big foodie and I enjoy different cuisines. There are many foods one must try, for example, caviar, saffron, oysters and so the list goes on. But one of the most ‘out of this world’ food I’ve ever had is without any doubt- CHICKEN BIRYANI!!!!!!! And I insist that everyone must try it at least once in their lifetime. I can swear that you will never forget the experience.
To begin with, chicken biryani is among the most scrumptious dishes which delights you by its very look. One look at chicken biryani and you will fall head over heels in love with it. It presents an array of colours including red, yellow, green and the ever-expansive white. The dish is usually served by itself but some restaurants add a few vegetables on the side along with a lemon on the top. The magical aroma of chicken Biryani light’s your face up with a smile that will last a day. It is so strong that it can tickle your taste buds from a mile away. As soon as you inhale the smell of Biryani the next thing you know, you are eating the last few bits of rice.
The second reason why everyone must try chicken biryani is that it offers some luscious and blazing tastes. As you are eating it you will feel as if there are flaming flavours in your mouth and you are under a spell since you CAN’T STOP EATING! Even though chicken biryani is spicy it also has a herbal sort of taste. The taste of the peppery and spirited chicken plays in your mouth before melting away. Although spicy and titillating, Chicken Biryani can be made to everyone’s taste. If you’re not a fan of spice why not put some curd on the side? The curd will reduce the spiciness and soothe a burning mouth.
And last of all, chicken biryani is a wholesome meal. It has protein, starch, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and the Oh! So yummy taste.
Therefore, I can say with complete surety that chicken biryani is, without doubt, the best food you can ever taste in your whole life! And if you still have any doubts, it’s high time that you took a shot at this ambrosial dish!
