There are several theme parks like Sea world, Dream world, Warner Bros Movie World, Wet n Wild etc. They are all in the top 10 best theme parks in Australia, leading by a mile. Be it the tallest and fastest ride or an encounter with native Australian wildlife, one can get it all in these theme parks. They all have grabbed a lot of attention therefore I can bet that you will surely like them. Gold coast is also a spot for people to go to beaches. They have the most amazing views from there and offer a lot of activities like swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, etc.

From Rural to Urban

A man-made city, Gold Coast is an interesting place. It has the largest film production facility in Australia which means that most of the big movies made in Australia are shot in Gold Coast. It is also the sixth largest city in Australia by space so you can find a lot of houses. Earlier, Gold Coast used to be a marshy location noted for its aquatic birds. Its growth intensified after WWII, and the Gold Coast’s identity shifted from a rural beach hamlet to a world-class tourist city and a popular student hub.

April- June are the best months to visit Gold Coast because of the wonderful weather. The world’s largest collection of Australian animals can be found at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary which is a paradise for animal lovers. The average temperature in the city ranges from 17.3 to 25.3 degrees Celsius. This means it never gets too cold or too hot in this coastal town. The city boasts of more than 270 days of sunshine during the year so the tourists can easily enjoy their beach holiday. Another interesting feature of Gold Coast is its waterfront canal living. I was astounded to know that Gold Coast has more canals than Venice.

Overall, Gold Coast is an amazing tourist spot which must be visited at least once by all adventure lovers.
