A spellbinding orator, an exemplary leader and an audacious visionary- that is Narendra Modi, the current Prime Minister of India. Born in the 20th century, this man of steel earned a living by selling ‘chai’ but that was not his dream job. He wanted to do something REAL for the nation that he loves so profoundly. Becoming the leader of India in a country of 1.7 billion people was not an easy road. He worked day and night and finally became the Prime Minister of India in 2014.
Looking like a typical old man with white hair and spectacles, his ethics and values set him apart from the rest. Usually seen wearing traditional Indian clothes like kurta-pyjamas, he is fond of his long beards and the Oh! so ethnic Indian look. To me, he looks like Santa Claus’s twin and also laughs like him.
With a never-ceasing compassion and passion, he can often be seen going the extra mile for the sake of his countrymen. His merry twinkle, the good-natured laughter and his ‘never say die’ attitude has made India stand out on the world map under his able guidance and mentorship. This current Prime Minister will surely go down in the history of India as the Ironman who gave the country a new status!
