Weekends are always fun, especially when they bring respite from a week of learning and school. They can turn out to be better if I can visit my favourite weekend getaway- the O’Learys in Stockholm. It is a marvelous gaming center spread over a huge area with uncountable video and as well as physical games. A gaming paradise built for teens and adults to enjoy and chill with their friends, it is a magnificent getaway after a lot of workload. O’Learys has two branches in the northern part of Stockholm, in the Malls of Scandinavia and Kista.
The distinguishing feature of O’Learys is the black interiors which are contrasted with LED lights. As one walks in the reception center, one finds different gaming rooms branching out in different directions. The holiday season and weekends are pretty crowded, so are special occasions like football matches, birthday parties and festive celebrations. The most prominent gamers are the robust boys who like to hang out with their friends and then eat and chat at the eatery counters.
I love going there because of the marvelous games like ping pong, laserdome, pool, tennis, swimming, mini golf, video games, etc. There are numerous, fantastic games which are really fun to play and enjoy. There is a big, dark and black hall that has most of the games. However, some of the games are in different rooms as a lot of games can’t fit in a single hall. Games like Mini Golf with their elaborate levels occupy a lot of space.
While in O’Learys, I want to play as many sports as I can. I avoid playing video games as I can play those on my PC and also some on my phone. The first game I try is generally tennis as I am a big fan. It is a fantastic sport for running and maintaining good health. The second sport that I usually try is Go Karting, it is not a physical sport but a really fun sport to play with your friends and family as you have to compete with them in racing.
It is immense fun to visit O’Learys with friends and family. If you go alone then you can only play video games but O’Learys is a place to indulge in a lot of activities with plenty of cool people.
In conclusion, O’Learys is a magnificent, fabulous and wonderful place. It is a place to enjoy and chill out after having a tough day or to celebrate an occasion. With a platter full of games and a menu full of fast food, I bet there is no better place to de-stress yourself than this gaming center- O’Learys!
